边对边,孔对孔,弧度对弧度,台阶对台阶,几乎完美…只有一点,忘记电机了哈哈哈。反正小样就是用于修正哒,水口钳、大板锉一顿揍…欧颗。剩下的交给老板,睡等正式成品

等件之余先把下拉杆与避震一体化底座给加工安装下,这里感谢宁宁的大力支持,制图加工一条龙,精度完美。
CB桥的C座是与桥体融为一体的,抛开塑料材料不说,体量过分单薄了,所以原厂采用了附加金属支撑这种办法,原厂设计的避震下端固定点,则是设计于原厂大臂上。
我的设想是把四毫米的碳纤板固定于C座与桥体大球头之间,固定点共三处:C座上部自带的一孔,桥壳本身,以及C座下部增加的一孔,自身稳定性应该没有问题。然后上面的3排12个孔,用做典型攀爬下拉杆与避震下端的固定孔位。同时在C座与碳纤板之间做无缝隙处理用以加强C座,取消原厂金属支撑。至于行不行的通,以后下地便知,反正几乎是无损改装。如图脑补吧:

这个方案建议再斟酌下,c座与碳纤片之间的上下螺丝固定位置感觉是悬空的,斜三角的空隙也不好加垫片稳固,桥壳本身圆管也没固定效果,碳纤片左右受力不稳的,更何况还有拉杆的前后拉扯的力,并且取掉了原先的金属支撑,桥壳会比较脆弱

是这样的:
1.图一这个角度可以看出,造成图二中“锐角空缺”的视觉感受,是两侧的侧边造成的。
2.然而这两个侧边之内的孔位平台,则是垂直于地平线的,与装上后的碳纤板完全平行。
3.并且这个平台的尺寸非常凑巧,两个侧边内,正好为10mm。这样加垫片,就可以几乎完全填充这个平台与碳纤板之间的缝隙啦。
4.当然,非传统圆形垫片,而是边长为10mm的方形垫片。

开始打孔。这种在零件本体上、无法用台钳固定、又要有一定精度的改造,还是纯手动工具吧。
垂直方向上,要打的这个下部的孔尽量要居中。如果万一偏了,因为还有中间的桥体卡着,也要向内偏。当然,偏也有个限度,最多0.5mm。
水平方向上,上部自带孔位圆心至下部改造孔位圆心,之间的距离,由碳纤板上下孔位的间距而定。
啰嗦一句:测量、定位、加工…这一系列的活儿,都需要耐心和细心,急躁不得凑合不得,有些东西真的不是一句“差不多”能差不多的

哦 懂你意思了,那么左右拉伸力可以克服了,但是前后拉伸力还是有一点隐患的,包括桥壳本身缺少支撑的问题最好也考虑下,加垫片的话不用这种,定制下碳纤片就行,我也是做了类似的加强,半圆凹头的小片
