Serpent is pleased to confirm the rumours (read on the Internet and heard trackside) about their new 1/8th scale racecar.

In early August 2005 we will be releasing our new flagship 1/8th scale car, the Serpent 960 (nine sixty). It will be available in stores shortly thereafter.

This weekend, Serpent factory drivers Michael Salven & Rick V will debut this amazing new car in the German Nationals and Dutch Nationals, respectively.

Extensively tested, the Serpent 960 is an evolution of the multiple race-winning 950R, with enough changes to warrant a new series name. Whilst no one area has been drastically changed, every area has been improved resulting in better construction, stronger parts, ease-of-driving and ultimately quicker lap times as our tests have shown. Serpent, along with our team drivers, are so confident about the performance of the new S960 that we have decided to race it at the upcoming World Championships.

In this picture we present the new front end of the Serpent 960. The S960 features new geometry front and rear as well as new front steering blocks. In this picture you can also get a closer look of the new RCC shock absorbers, the smoothest, easiest to build shocks ever designed.

我那辆NTC3，在军体飞了N次转向杯也从来没出过问题，就算把球头都撞断了也一样没事，上次在公园的比赛，速度顶多20，转向杯才来一下就废了。。。。。。[em16][em16]
