First try putting fresh batteries in the radio and in your vehicle. Make sure the crystals in the radio and receiver are firmly plugged in. Make sure the antenna on your receiver is not cut short, and that it is all the way out the antenna tube.  Make sure the antenna on the radio is up and firmly screwed in.  Check the plugs in your receiver to make sure they are secure, and that none of the wires are pinched frayed or kinked.
Next reset your transmitter and re-program your speed control according to the instructions in your owners manual.  Here is a link that shows the procedure!  
If that does not fix the problem, test your motors to make sure they work.  Touch the motor leads from each motor directly to the battery contacts and the motor should run full speed.  If they do not, try cleaning the motors out thoroughly with motor spray or electronic cleaner spray.  Oil the bushings and see if the motors work correctly  If they still do not work you need to replace the motors. They are part 3975.
Unplug your steering servos one at a time to see if a servo is causing the problem.
If the EVX-2 speed control is the problem you will need to send it to us for repair.

因为我的电调不是EVX-2,而是MMM
而且无论情况怎样我需要付修理费和运费

出了厂的,要发回去,管你有理无理,要想修就先付款和运费,呵呵
也许,经济危机使得厂家对售后失去了耐心?

LZ你应该找CC来解决你的MMM问题了，你没看TRAXXAS的说明书吗，上面都注明了POWER部分是要找CC来解决的（无刷版有一张单丁的纸）。如果是V3版的话，应该没过保修期的，你去CC的网站看看，那里有教你怎么寄回维修的办法的。只是我的MMM寄到CC维修部门都快两个月了，都跟我说要我等。哎！

从现象看，两种可能：
1） 开关线内部开路，尤其是ESC出口的根部。可能是线的问题，也可能是开关本身，但后者已被LZ排除。（俺已有3个MMM坏过开关）
2） 内部 BEC 挂了。这个在 V2 版很常见，而V3版较少发生。
      要判断是否BEC问题，可用 Castle Link 连接PC，若LED点亮，则可断定是内部 BEC 损坏。

解决办法，三个选择：
1） 发回CC去，然后开始死等。CC通常不做修理直接换新。注意按照CC官网的提示做，下载维修申请表，填写，打印，一起发回去。对 MMM V3 因为没有超过一年的，因而不必提供购买凭证（这一点比好盈人性）。
2） 找懂电子的朋友帮你检修，风险自担。
3） 若确系内部BEC坏了，可外挂UBEC供电继续使用。
      方法：首先确认信号插头的红/黑二线（在CC是红/棕二线）内部不短路，然后照常插到接收机。在接收机的空余插槽插上UBEC输出。UBEC输入直接并联到电池端子。

好像很麻烦的样子。

不知你用的什么方式发回去的？ 快递的话，算很久了。但并不特殊，老美论坛很多人抱怨CC的替换时间受制于库存状况。

我运气还行，换过两次，一次是US境内，一次是从国内发EMS，都是不到两星期到手。
