T厂拉力改装KM轮胎案例分享
拉力车费胎,所以我一直在尝试便宜的轮胎方案,已经测试成功一套公路胎,完美适配,详见https://app.rcfans.com/mag/circle/v1/forum/threadWapPage?tid=1315075&themecolor=f8980f&circle_id=119此贴分享改KM轮胎,KM胎的轮毂度数与T厂差太多了,KM的接合器平面靠外侧很多,所以需要转接的同时延长接合器,直接装车测试效果有点超宽,避震压缩会蹭车壳,如图接合器淘宝宣传延长15mm,实际上由于原厂接合器内嵌进去,实际延长可能是11mm左右

搜遍淘宝也找不到延长更短的接合器了,恰好自己公司有加工设备,就找同事上铣床加工了一下,里外都铣掉了3mm,然后就是装车效果了

总的来说还凑合,原厂轮胎是102*44,km轮胎外径104,高速还会甩饼变大一点,所以这个尺寸基本就是极限了。
如果你想用别的轮胎,有个方法可以看接合器平面是否合适,就是用游标卡尺测深度,如下图,原厂接合器平面距离外侧大概24.5mm,我买的转接器装上就接近26mm了,我铣掉接合器之后测量是23mm左右,数据仅供参考方法,以自己车辆情况为准。

没办法,为了省钱嘛。轮胎整体大了一圈不太协调,其实原厂轮胎也偏大了,实际拉力车轮胎反而都比较小 醉了就睡 发表于 2024-05-13 14:26
