图个好奇 探秘一台 不同的车 agama n1 装车作业

自从年初nemoracing预售agama n1已经过去一个季度,终于到手了这台让我好奇心拉满的车架。也许会简单下地一下,之后,清理干净陈列起来。先开个箱,明天更新开装。

开装了,先整最不喜欢的差速。
接杯前后通用,中接杯要小一些,并且,所有的接杯看起来都要比其他厂商的小一些。3个差速壳大小一致,通用,就是这个差速壳里插着小小的pin,是为了,配重?
o圈油弄上。螺丝孔提前先批一半。

装上接杯,记得上油,这个每边双轴承的设计有点意思,大轴承放在差速,小轴承放在接杯。差速油原厂讲要放前中后分别为10k 5k 5k,没试过,还是先放上了基本的7k 7k 4k。

前波箱上盖就是这样,金属摇臂一左一右一前一后用来固定避震塔。
放上波箱输入尺,小斜齿,不是啥新东西,但在有限的空间增加齿轮接触面,我喜欢。

准备差速入波箱,先有个灰色尼龙套套住大小轴承,上边还要装上一个很细的o圈,之后装上黑色喇叭套,目测这个防尘效果,不错,轴承又能多用一会儿了。

放上油,盖上盖,螺丝拧好,就是这样了。
由于没有蝴蝶架,拉杆高度的调节就是靠这个小垫块。

后波箱也装好。
刚才忘了说,前后波箱底部都是封闭的,目测是为了提高波箱强度。

转向部分,得多一嘴。
都3202年了,底盘和转向柱接触部分来个下沉嵌位吧…
装上转向系统,转向拉杆直接与转向摇臂相连接,转向摇臂后部有铝合金件连接左右,这,不是曾经的曾经的曾经……。这样的设计,估计也是为了前悬架让位(牺牲好大,咋调阿克曼孔位啊)

装上摆臂和轮座,连接避震脚的铝合金件,每边有2颗螺丝固定在摆臂上。
另外,臂码由m3螺丝固定在波箱上。
上底盘,前支撑连接着简化的“三角板”,再连接着前波箱。

中差部分但是很快装好,基本就是这样,还有个环形的尼龙垫片垫在中差座和底盘之间。

后边部分也整起来,连接轮座的部分用这样的尼龙垫块,有不同位置可选。
摆臂补强片原厂无,可以买碳纤或尼龙,但摆臂手感足够硬了,根据实际情况再说。

开装避震,cnc活塞,短胖的桶身,装上。
防尘套一般会往内侧滴一点避震油揉开,防止存放时老化开裂。

设备部分,习惯性棉签蘸胶封个边,油门舵机用6401,方向用9295x。

昨晚从工作室回到家把壳先裁开,发现前后都有个舌头挡住避震,心想买这车还不得把避震都露出来?剪掉。今天来简单自己喷个壳,凑合先用,贴纸贴上放到车上,嗯,效果还行。
