一次很成功的升级
本帖最后由 风口浪尖 于 21-9-26 09:38 编辑以前有个crusher,知道京商的吊性,所以新车一到,就给usa-1来个换轴承,先换发动机离合轴承,算了长度,中间用衬套可以少用几颗轴承,其实中间的也没有用

发现这次usa-1多了很多片这个垫片,以前的车上只有一个,有人说是我改上去的,因为图纸上也只有一张,其实最后我也只装了一张间隙就够了

再把3速齿里的轴套换成轴承,也不知道是轴套好不会坏还是真的轴承不好用,反正我觉得轴承精度更高,而且早点换更好,免得轴套把轴磨小了再换轴承会有间隙

而且这个2、3速之间这个垫片连说明书上都没有,我的crusher上也没有这个垫片,而且装上后也没有起到垫片的作业,因为在里面是松动的

以前crusher的轴套是铜色的应该含有部分铜,而usa-1 是银色的,也不知道是什么材料

轴套和轴承各有各的好处,轴套可以免维护,承受力大,轴承更顺滑虚伪小磨损小,就是需要维护,用胶盖轴承可以减少进灰进水。 正常,不然京商怎么被称为奸商呢,楼主两台车换个壳看看 hawkks 发表于 21-9-24 10:46

这个壳不好换,中间那个涡轮增压不好拆,下地要换壳还得搞个快拆的车壳固定件! 铁套,还软,好抠门的品牌!
