五机拆解体分享

最近这段时间疫情反弹居家隔离,身为一个甲醇机爱好者在家无所事事, 正好手头有几颗机器,那就挑几颗浅浅做个拆机分享吧https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png

出场嘉宾有: OS B2103 TYPE-S (2103) 、ALPHA DRAGONIV (龙4) 、SHPT21A0-XBG (PT) 、GO GX2,以及相对便宜很多的的GO7R(作为参照)https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png

先对这几款机器做一个大概的介绍:

os2103,经典低重心矮头。

Alpha的龙Iv:昔日的旗舰机皇(现在让位龙V了) 。

Pt2020 SH旗舰机,也是最新款,本身没有采用西元命名法,但为了方便这里沿用经典的pt+年份来称呼。

Go的两个古董,gx2和7r,都是go的高端机器,已经有八九岁了。

首先2103和龙IV都是陶瓦大轴承,化油器侧的进气口也做了小幅度打磨,这两点配置其它几颗引擎都没有。

其次在排气方面,PT是3排,气孔非常宽大,但打磨很粗糙。龙IV是单排,缸套和排气口配合度较低,且排气两侧的气槽磨得很深(一般三排的机器才会这么打磨)。2103的排气不够宽大,但打磨非常光滑细腻,印证了它省油的特性。Go的排气打磨也不错,大小中规中矩。

机匣内部的进气道,这几台都做了不同程度的打磨加大,不过2103的幅度很小,到2104才有大幅度打磨(挤牙膏行为?https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png)至于打磨精度,pt继续垫底https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png

化油器
这几款中只有PT的副油针在节气门全开的情况下是完全拉出来,比较掉价。这几款的化油器都有隔热垫圈,隔热圈对金属化油器尤其很重要,没有的话化油器容易高温导致机器工作不稳定。

曲轴和活塞方面
PT曲轴是SH经典的三瓣型甩气,标配顺气硅胶,并且加了一颗钨钢配重(老款是铜的)凹顶活塞让燃烧更集中,三油槽润滑效果也更好。龙4的曲轴有磨砂感,曲轴的配重创新地放在顺气硅胶上面,这也是阿尔法的专利,宣称可以降低引擎抖动,提高低转扭力。龙IV的活塞也是凹顶,但幅度较小。活塞销采用双G扣的通透处理,减轻重量。2103的曲轴做了DLC,做工也很漂亮, 带硅胶顺气,为了调整发力特性放了两个配重,活塞的话是经典平头,没啥多说的。GX2抠门的只做了一半DLC,标配顺气,但没有加配重。7R的曲轴整了个另类的镀钛,金色很好看,实不实用就不好说了,没有顺气硅胶也没配重。这几颗的曲轴也都做了倒角,减少转动时对气流的扰动。

下面是精华所在:缸套 PT的设计比较极端, 21级的越野引擎大部分的冲程都是16.8mm,但它达到了可怕的17.6mm,这种行程长度只有罗西超长冲程铲子引擎和其他极少数越野引擎才会出现。而这样的设计导致了PT的高转严重不足,为此sh的对策是:多打孔。他的缸套从上到下足足打了17个孔(目前没找到比他更多的了),超多的扫气弥补了它的高转不足,但尽管如此它的极限仍旧只有36000 (标的还挺老实https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png),缸套内部隐约能看到两道环,放心,这不是坏了,而是sh的专利,号称可以增加润滑提高寿命(貌似抄了losi的.31汽油机?咱也不知道https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png

缸套的做工,说难听点就是跟狗啃的一样——非常差,有动手能力的最好做个二次加工。为此还特意请来了GO7R来凸显PT做工的不足,这做工真是连几百块的GO都不如,虽然他并没有sh家的8p pro和代工的LRP32的做工那么差(像个还没完工的半成品),但放在这几台里也稳拿倒一https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_wangchai.png

龙4的据介绍说是手工缸套,经典的三扫,做工还是不错的。2103也是经典布局,做工完美, 做工也一直是OS一直以来的优势,GX2是5扫单排,工艺也不错(连杆倒是很紧,拆卸活塞的时候有点困难,用上了我最不想用的连杆拉马)GO7R是5扫3排,两个GO做工都一般,因为7R不在身边只能找之前拍的一些图片但缸套的图片还找不到了,只能上网找了5R图片代替一下。

缸盖和后盖方面,PT和2103的缸盖都有胶圈,龙4没有但新的龙5有,(这个橡胶密封圈当时罗西好像是最早有的,就近两年各大引擎厂才开始用这个,OS也是从2103开始。) 龙5的后盖设计成了像GX2那样,其他几款的后盖如图所示,不多介绍了。这几款里GX2的缸盖很有特点,和散热一体,有点像reds。
