车不错,设计挺用心的,但是轴车想完胜皮带车难啊,A700升级A800都变成皮带车了

都是的,不那么容易坏的,都是强化材料

中齿座上方使用注塑零件固定,这里斗胆猜测是为了车架扭动设定作出的妥协。

使用M2.5螺丝对角锁紧法固定,力度适当即可,不需上死。

来到底板部分,诚意开始展露出来开始满满的CNC精美机加工零件。

组装前后波箱,中波箱间隙为23mm,因为没有合适的波箱垫块工具所以使用游标卡尺一边调整前后波箱宽度,一边锁紧底盘螺丝,保证车架几何组装后数值绝对正确。

前后的独立支柱式油压架非常性感,同样是CNC铝切削阳极处理,安装切记区分前后油压架支柱,因为角度是不一样的。

接下来把上页组装好的传动总成直接安装上底盘,此处由于使用了2颗沉头螺丝固定马达座与底板的原因,车子行走性能得以提升,把轴效应的影响降到最低。

接下来安装前转向机构,转向机构支架与舵机座连成一体,做工同样精美线条优雅。

加上轴承油,安装期间需要注意轴承安装是否完善,两个转向臂的高度是否一致。

来到了二楼安装部分,将中间控制扭动的锁紧配件安装上,并按照说明书设定调整到最后位置。

安装上几何支架盖板,作用是固定camber link所用 ,波箱下需要垫上两块2.5mm的M3金属垫片,此处非常容易和之前安装的2mm垫片弄混,切记需要测量后安装。

开始安装臂码及摆臂部分,摆臂是混碳材质注塑,精度非常高,款式是以往非常成熟的XQ系列同样通用的款式,增加了配件的流用度。
