雷神KM2 pro原厂极限改装(中篇)

最后的难点就是原厂车壳的安装了,因为改了避震支架原厂磁吸位置无法在使用了,所以打算把灯组一起也设计进去,用了CNRC的磁吸套件,经过精密的定位。最终完美利用车壳上的两颗螺丝固定了车壳部分的磁吸,加工好下面的磁吸利用固定舵机的铝柱来调整前后位置,完美搞好了前支架,后支架就相对简单多了找一块6/7系铝板调整好位置固定磁吸即可。车壳固定完毕发现轮眉太低了,一扭腰就会撑掉车壳……^_^只能把4个轮眉全部提升12mm。至此全车无一点干涉了!

专门为此车设计了陡坡压制系统,进一步提升爬陡坡时的能力。利用电池板中间的空隙用6061铝条折一个支架,一端固定在电池板中间的孔位,另一端卡在间隙里折上去,上端用一颗螺丝固定来调整压缩量(也可以用弹簧柱塞效果更好)。安装完毕后给大家说明下工作原理:这个系统是纯物理0-100固定点位调节的,实际测试调整1/3或一半内的压制点就可以了。正常放置避震自行下压1/3左右,调整好螺丝刚好有1mm间隙不会碰到压制点(前横梁)即可,在穿越、扭腰、过小坡等没有大的坡度时都不会触发此系统,也没有干涉,姿态回弹量的限制等同于设置的压制量,下压是完全无干涉的。所以不能过多的压制,会没有回弹量了。只有在爬陡坡时随坡度增大避震会等比例回弹,回弹到之前设置的点就会被压制住不会在回弹了。实际测试爬陡坡时提升了不少,基本没有干涉,后期我会给所有性能桥舵车型设计这个系统!

下篇预告:通过对km2pro这款经典车架反复研究发现,还能爆改新的功能,那就是纯车架可以改6驱/8驱系统,pro版波箱是前后通轴双动力轴输出且两轴的间隙很大,双传动轴输出也是无一点干涉。但是要配合原厂壳只能改外挂式6驱动力系统了,我就先吧设计好的方案分享给大家做个参考。首先要设计一个单桥动力后斗,这个可以参考拖车或是半卡、皮卡后斗都可以,能完美匹配到原厂车壳就行。要用到幽灵桥总成、四拉杆、一对避震、过桥器、传动轴几条、自制折弯大梁,后斗要安装在折弯大梁上面,折弯处刚好绕过后杠连接到主体大梁尾部,可以设计卡扣式或限位30%活动量的挂式翘翘板结构。动力通过传动轴过桥器连接至幽灵桥,主体内的过桥器需要做一块碳纤维横梁安装在两根铝柱位置,过桥器安装在横梁上面,后杠拖车钩那里扩了10mm孔里外都安装了轴承,只需要通轴即可里外连接起来。整体的设计理念:四驱对接秒变动力六驱,还带后斗可以拉货,不想玩了六驱秒拆变四驱。是不是很好玩呢?有能设计出这款后斗和建议需要改进的朋友也可以联系我一起探讨,有看不懂感兴趣的朋友也可以留言我给你详细解答!
