雷神KM2pro原厂极限改装(上篇)

首先要做的就是减重,拆掉一切可以拆掉的东西,大幅度降低整车梁上的重量。基本不影响到仿真就可以了,毕竟这个车在怎么减还是非常重的……最大化减重就可以了。原厂灯组我就保留下来,又加装10车顶灯,侧面小方灯,后掉灯。全车灯珠全部换最好的超亮版,配合原厂灯控和外加灯控控制全车灯光系统电机电调风扇也改了通道控制和温度控制。8通好像不太够用了……

其次要改桥舵和舵上电池,这个我就不详细说明原理了,桥舵的好处大家都明白,舵上电池有效降低了梁上重量和前置重心的降低,改装方法也是巧妙的设计了4颗螺丝固定,利用固定舵机的铝柱和自制铁片支架稳固电池板。这样的布局对整车的性能有不小的提升,这里改了Capra电池容量有4000mah,已经是最大极限了,电池板长度不能超过90mm。比起原厂电池座的位置无论是大小、重量、重心都是完胜的。

上述两项改完基本车子整体布局就已经很明朗了,接下来降低整车重心和避震系统。由于原厂避震支架外偏太多如果在加装调整支架那就太外了,所以我改了scx10一代铝合金支架,这个支架自身就是平的比较好加装调节支架。找到合适位置打孔固定装上调节支架,调整好避震斜度和内偏度。想要扭腰顺滑避震前后左右都要是A字型,幅度可大可小看车型调整。改好后测试比原厂顺滑太多!

到此车架基本成型,接下来要解决重心下沉到极限位置所带来了干涉,先改掉前上拉杆,找两个合适长度的钛合金拉杆,双内折弯避开电机和底板的干涉,所有球头都是用的原厂的。然后切掉后大梁大概35mm,装上壳后杠能漏出一点即可。还有前后杠都要切割,释放最大化的接近角和离去角。侧杠两头也需要切掉一点,极限扭腰转向就不会蹭到了。干涉调整完后,在用0.1-0.5的各种大小的垫片调掉整车所有的虚位,使其有更好的表现。
