新手 atomic mrz 开箱
由于疫情再次加剧,又给北方蒙上了一层阴影,为了缓解一下我紧张的心情,决定入手一台了atomic 新出的后驱蚊车mrz,之前装过atomic的bz3,有些位置需要自行动手解决,比较耗费时间(动手能力弱),不过装好以后还是挺好跑的,这是值得庆幸的一点。朋友说mrz的品控比之前好了很多,所以才下定决心买来一台。解一下手痒。我们先来对比一下mrz和bz3的外包装,确实高大上了很多。和之前的纸盒相比,黑金色金属盒略显高档。

里面的包装还是一样的,分袋装,很惊喜的就是atomic终于带了像样的工具,而且有纸质版本说明书,再也不用扫描二维码了,这是一个好的开端。也证明厂家开始注意细节方面。

说明书是中文的,按照他的要求打开1 2 3 4 5 而我只是打开了1 2包 简单的把螺丝垫片 螺母做一个分类。这样便于查找,方便一些。

BAG5里面几乎都是碳纤维的件,感觉很棒! 金属 碳纤维 这将是一个多么完美的组合~

按照说明书的要求,这一部分已经装完了。所有螺丝和球头的连接位置全部都不要打螺丝胶,力度不要太大,到位即可。需要注意有一段保留1mm的位置。

在安装完两侧固定拉杆后,要使用内六角螺丝刀去调节球头与塑料接头之间的距离,要保证它的马达座可以顺畅的转动。

固定销的位置需要打磨,要不很难安装。 过盈配合太明显了。

装碳板就要把BAG4预装好的拆掉,要不然螺丝就会拧偏,不知道为什么这个是提前装好的,觉得多此一举。

螺母距离侧弹簧调节钮中间有1mm距离,原厂侧锥形弹簧用的是红色,先装原厂,然后下地是测试以后再看是否需要更换。

电池架两侧使用胶水固定,像蚊车这种,针头一定要用非常细的,我常用的是0.3粘轮胎也是也用这个,要是太大,就会溢到轮胎上,也可能是技术不行。。。

拧这个避震拉杆的时候一定要用无牙的钳子,以免划伤避震轴芯,避震器轴上涂抹25000的阻尼油,先试试然后再说。

舵机座原厂是塑料的,这个不太好,应该需要op成金属,舵机还没装,还没想好到底用什么舵机就先做上吧,然后等op到了再换!

转向杯和钢轴之间需要用胶水粘死。 还是挺不错的,转向顺滑度都可以,就是看装上拉杆以后的效果怎么样了。

转向拉杆依旧还值得采用绝技。不过比之前那个bz3好夹一些,精度还是很不错的!

这是我见过最小的齿差,没有之一!就是最小!太精致了。。。 而且还有atm的标志!看起来加工质量很OK

根据某位大佬指点,加注10000左右的差速油,告诉我说,最终的结果就是op珠差,我也是一阵无语!

基本完工,动力选用的是atm的动力套 舵机目前还没想好。跑起来怎么样,具体在发贴说明。 目前来看比bz3好装,品控方面也有很大提升!希望可以越来越好~

差速器就是控成本清库存的,仔细处理勉强用,绝大多数都是直接KY珠差,前面轮轴直接粘算是坑了,因为op金属转向杯是不带轴的https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_002.png 看样子lz没有见过奥兰多汉特的差速https://app.rcfans.com/public/emotion/face_049.png差不多是最小的量产差速,当然国外大神还有1/87的差速器
