Xray推出2021新款GTX8 1/8油动GT平路遥控车。新设计的3mm厚度7075 T6瑞士铝制强化底板，底板的尾部进行了独立的强化设计，当车子加速过程中减少扭动提高行走稳定性，同时新底板兼容软和硬物料配方两种接收机设备盒，安装这两种设备盒无需任何改动。

全新设计的C座(C-hub)特别为GT车型量身定制，优化了转向特性并且有效减少轮胎损耗，caster角度可通过更换衬套进行设定，预设16度，适合各种场地作为初始设定。悬挂的几何设定也进行了更改，包括前后+2mm off-set，超轻量化的17mm轮圈接合器，进一步提高了传动效率。

使用加厚碳纤材料制造的避震架，提供更多安装孔位，获得不同的滚动重心设定。16.2mm内径的大容量避震器长度增加了3mm，悬挂的行程也更长，场地适应性更佳，避震设定也更精准。

13T的齿轮出现在前后差速器内，2021新款GTX8拥有更高的3.54:1内齿轮比，车子的加速更快。双速换上了全新的铝制固定座，提升冷却效能。

出厂粘合完成的新款刹车皮和激光切割的刹车碟，刹车效能的衰减问题得以延缓，长时间的赛事拥有一致连贯的刹车表现，整套刹车组件的使用寿命也更长。

2021款的GTX8出厂配备了硬合成物料接收机设备盒(hard composite radio box)，更高的刚性，在高温环境下舵机的运作也会更精准，而作为升级件的软物料接收机盒(soft composite radio box)可以增加车架扭动，适合在中低抓地力赛道使用。一片式的电子设备组件，易于维护清洁，只需几颗螺丝就可以和底板分离。

新设计的150cc油箱(包括油嘴部分体积)，符合新的赛事规定，也可以安装125cc容量油箱。内置的整合浮动式吸油滤芯，确保方向一直正确，防止翻车导致缺油熄火。

含油脂的轴承替代含油轴承，延长使用寿命，特别在灰尘较高的场地，新款轴承可更有效保护。
