请看Google上面的解释：Sled pulling is a motorsport in which the goal is to pull a weighted down sled the farthest distance possible in a straight line. The vehicle that pulls the sled the farthest is the winner. Sled pulling is synonymous with tractor or truck pulling, but more commonly used as it does not narrow down what types of vehicles are involved. The sport attracts and accommodates a wide variety of vehicle and engine types, although diesels are particularly popular do to their relatively high torque characteristics。简单来说就是通过拖载重物进行直线行走距离比赛，检验车子的引擎性能和车子整体表现，一般使用货车和卡车进行拖挂。
